Summary:
Paradise Home Services is looking for a motivated/reliable full-time Brand Ambassador to work with our partner, The Home Depot. We are an exclusive contractor performing HVAC and plumbing services for them.

The ideal candidate for this position will be well-spoken, energetic, self-motivated, and not afraid to spark a conversation! Lead Generators explain our products and services to homeowners visiting The Home Depot Stores. This position requires an outgoing personality, ability to overcome objections, and a positive attitude!
Our Brand Ambassadors will travel to and between stores and events, so reliable transportation is a must. This position provides a flexible schedule, but some weekend events will be necessary. A background in customer service or the trades is a plus, but not mandatory. We will train you! A successful candidate for this role will be a key component in our company's growth by engaging with customers in the store and at events. No pushy sales tactics will be necessary! We are in the business of building relationships and gaining a customer for life!

Essential Job Duties:
- Being friendly and talking to anyone and everyone
- Setting appointments
- Meeting or exceeding appointment setting goals within system guidelines.
- Handling every prospect and customer with product knowledge, knowledge of competitive products, empathy and world class service.
- Generate sales leads for our sales team.
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers.
- Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives

Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work at outdoor events and stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass a background screening
- Have reliable transportation and possess a valid state driver's license.
- Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
- Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services
- Maintains a professional appearance
- You will earn a starting hourly rate of $15.00 per hour plus a very lucrative BONUS structure!
Physical Demands:
- Ability to operate tablet, computer, mobile phone and other field and office equipment as needed
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs repeatedly during work hours
- Ability to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hours
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hours
- Ability to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.
- Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locations
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
