Job Title: Project Manager – Bridge and Excavation

Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time Project Manager with experience in bridge and roadway/excavation construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bridge and excavation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee bridge and excavation projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Review and approve project budgets, invoices, and change orders.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts.
• Maintain effective communication with all project team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing bridge and roadway/excavation construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
