Broadcast Network Engineer - Talent & Acquisition LLC., d/b/a Stand 8

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer. The project involves upgrading network production equipment, with one workday scheduled for a Saturday due to the lack of live production. Engineers will collaborate with the existing team and a project lead to complete the upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade station router, switcher, playback server, and graphics systems.
• Perform rack and stack installation of new equipment.
• Pull, assign, and label cables, perform termination, and conduct circuit tests.
• Install patch panels and structure cabling to the router.
• Migrate equipment to a new control room.
• Work with the NOC to schedule OTT move.
• Assist with the migration of graphic and playback servers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with network engineering and broadcast equipment.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $50 - $60/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
