Brokerage Client Assistant

Location: Westfield, New Jersey

Pay: $24.00 HR

Schedule: M-F 8:30am – 5pm

Contract Length: 3 month contract with possibility of extension.

Job Duties:

Answering phones, computer process entry, mail, appointment scheduling, misc administrative actions.

Support Brokerage Client Support proactively seek ways to improve processes.

Perform moderately complex client support tasks.

Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.

Interact with client personnel on a range of information.

Minimum Required Education Experience Skills:

High school graduate or GED required.

Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone.

2 years of administrative or business support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience training military experience education.
