Brunch Service Supervisor
Our Brunch Service Supervisor are an integral part of our front of house service team providing exceptional hospitality, serving delicious scratch-made food and drink, and help keep our restaurant environment clean and welcoming during our weekend and holiday brunch service.

WHAT OUR BRUNCH SERVICE SUPERVISORS DO:
- Respond to guest requests with exceptional hospitality
- Fully understands and complies with all food safety requirements
- Sets up brunch area before guests begin to arrive; displays the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner according to brand standards/requirements
- Efficiently replenishes buffet with food, beverages and/or supplies as needed ?
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of brunch items
- Monitor food preparation, cleanliness, and service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning potential issues into positive experiences
- Properly disposes of used plates, utensils, napkins and/or cups as necessary
- Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner; follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of brunch services, including table arrangements, buffet setups, and special brunch features
- Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code
- Other important tasks, as assigned, that keep all our guest operations humming
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A BRUNCH SERVICE SUPERVISOR:
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- MUST be available to work Weekends and Holidays
- Must have AM availability
- Proven experience with buffet service through catering, hotels, and/or restaurants
- Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk up and downstairs and lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, management, and team members in English
- Capable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and arms
