Builder - Mogul

Mogul is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Builder to join our dynamic construction team. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of various residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in construction techniques and your ability to read blueprints will be essential as you collaborate with architects, engineers, and other tradespeople to bring projects to life. You will manage on-site activities, oversee the work of subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project planning and execution.
• Coordinate on-site activities and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety and building regulations, implementing best practices on the construction site.
• Utilize a range of tools and equipment to perform construction tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and work performed to maintain high construction standards.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress and challenges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certifications in construction is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and architectural techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in workmanship.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
