We have an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance position in Hampton Virginia! Job Duties entail but are not limited to:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff in a timely and professional manner
Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems and repairs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Valid license and must have own transportation
