Job Summary:

We presently have a full-time opportunity at our Wentzville, Missouri location for a Building Maintenance Technician. To perform general maintenance duties within the Masterack facility.

Essential Functions :

• Empties trash receptacles on the shop floor using trash disposal equipment.
• Assist with overall cleanliness/maintenance of the plant, offices, and exterior of the facility.
• Performs repairs on small tooling.
• Assist with maintaining tool storage area.
• Assist with process improvement projects.
• Communicates any problems to the Group Leader and/or Supervisor.
• Follows all safety guidelines.
• Handles other essential tasks as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to lift or move typically up to 50 lbs.

• Able to perform duties inside the facility as well as Outside of the facility.
• Ability to safely and efficiently use hand / power tools.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Frequent walking and standing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Satisfactorily pass company forklift driving test.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess either a high school diploma or an equivalent of a G.E.D.
• At least six months of prior Work experience in the same or similar role within an industrial / manufacturing environment.
