Building Manager - Spherion

Spherion is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Manager for a Luxury High Rise in downtown Naples, FL.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations
Prepare regular reports for board of directors
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. owner concerns, employee conflicts, emergencies)
Participates in board and committee meetings
Maintains a positive and productive relationship with owners
Oversees capital improvement projects

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience as a Manager or similar role
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Active Florida CAM License
