Springfield Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.

Our treatment center hours are M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-10AM.

What does your day look like:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the lobby until all clients have exited the building.
• Circulate among visitors, clients, and team members to preserve order and protect property.
• Greet all individuals entering the treatment center
• May also perform Safety and Security Officer duties for the treatment center.
• Inform person of rule infractions and/or violations and evict violators from premises ifnecessary without the use of force.
• Complete monthly site checklists.
• Write incident reports as needed
• General cleaning and disinfecting the building, stock supplies, and repair and maintenance as needed
• Inspect and adjust security systems equipment and machinery to ensure operational use and detect evidence of tampering.
• Lock gates and/or doors at designated times and limit entry to unauthorized areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must have excellent de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Current driver's license
• Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
• We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
