TITLE: Building Supply Showroom Manager

LOCATION: Atlantic/Cumberland County, NJ
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% Onsite
START DATE: September/October 2024
SHIFT: 9am-5:30pm with Saturday hours as well.
We're on the lookout for a proactive Showroom Manager capable of not only setting ambitious sales goals but also surpassing them
The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the showroom's layout, providing guidance and training to team members, collaborating with the marketing department to maximize promotional efforts, and generating new clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive training to staff on effective selling and communication techniques
- Master the details and specifications of all our product offerings
- Maintain all display models in excellent working condition, ensuring they are visually appealing
- Suggest enhancements to the management team and execute approved changes
- Improve the presentation and positioning of products within the store
- Skillfully negotiate deals with clients and efficiently close sales
- Offer recommendations on product selections to keep up with shifting trends
- Mediate staff disputes and foster a positive work environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Marketing degree or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a showroom management role, preferably within a similar sector
- Creative ability to design inviting and attractive spaces
- Deep knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC products sales
- Superior writing abilities
- Proficient in persuading hesitant or indecisive customers to make a purchase
- Exceptional training and mentorship capabilities
- Excellent skills in teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution
