Our client, an established vertically integrated cannabis company, is seeking a Bulk Sales Manager to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to take ownership of managing and selling premium bulk cannabis flower from a top-tier cultivation facility. If you're passionate about the cannabis industry and thrive in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, this role is for you.
As the Bulk Sales Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—cultivation, packaging, and distribution—to craft and execute a winning B2B sales strategy for bulk flower. You'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and making impactful sales decisions.
**This role requires you to be on-site selling bulk flower at the distribution center in Los Angeles
What You'll Do:
- Scout and connect with potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers to expand the network.
- Manage bulk flower orders and close high-value deals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Oversee showroom scheduling and product viewings to showcase the best of our flower.
- Curate and update daily bulk flower menus on the website to attract buyers.
- Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models that reflect product quality and potency.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that drive mutual success.
- Set and crush sales objectives while tracking and analyzing performance to continuously improve.
- Strategize and implement cutting-edge approaches to maximize sales and revenue growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of cannabis bulk sales experience
- A book of business in the cannabis space and/or alcohol bev industries
- Proven success closing the sale and moving product
- Experience building and managing a successful bulk sales program
- Hardworking, friendly positive attitude interacting with multiple departments and customers
- Solid relationships in California cannabis
- Experience with distributor management and contract/vendor negotiations
- Strong negotiation skills while being engaging and persuasive
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner with limited direction
- Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or related field preferred
Compensation: $70,000-75,000 Depending on Experience plus bonus and benefits
