- Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide services based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and other related criteria appropriate population in his/her assigned area
- Maintains required core competencies.
- Compliance with set Policies and Procedures (i.e. name tag, dress code, parking, smoking, etc.)
- Must always be courteous and professional in contact with patients, visitors, employees, and medical staff.
- Manage the day-to-day business office operations and billing practices.
- Provide supervisors and staff with the guidance and support to sustain effective business functions within physician practice clinic locations.
- Support each employed physician with effective tools to promote enhanced business operations and reimbursement.
- Provide timely and effective correspondence.
- Directly support the Controller in the following areas:
- Insurance transmission/HICFA printing
- Financial documentation
- Revenue and expense management
- Deposits and close
- Month-end reporting
- Payroll support
- Supply ordering
- Time management
- Coordination of priority items
