Job Description:
The position exists to triage and resolve production support issues for the WellSky Claims processing application – engaging with WellSky product support as necessary - and to define future state business processes and functional specifications.
The position requires high level of analytical skills, organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
Skills Required
To include:
o Basic office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent)
o Familiarity with project management or life cycle management applications (Project, Jira, Rally, Azure Devops, or equivalent)
o Reporting/data analysis skills with SQL or business intelligence tools (Nice to have)
Experience Required
o Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
o Knowledge of system development life cycle, and project management principles required.
o Five years of specific business applications experience required as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator
Education Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Additional Information Requires Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card This position is a hybrid requiring some on-site presence (initial training/onboarding) When going through training there will be some onsite work as well as when they pick up equipment/badge. 1-2 TIMES a month Exceptions include: any required training, equipment pickup/service, and quarterly team meetings/gatherings.
Job Description:

- Serves as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for the WellSky Claims processing application
- Provides analysis and support to triage functional and/or technical issues o Consult/engage with product/development support, as required, to resolve reported issues
- Provides support for system configuration updates, feature enhancements or changes to client specific workflow to meet evolving business and user needs
- Develops, reviews, and elicits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed enhancements
- Evaluates and recommends business process improvements within the scope of supported business application.
- Coordinates management and execution of testing activities for system enhancements
- May assist with coordination of workflow, training, and mentoring of support staff, as required
- Delivers presentations, communicates relevant project information to management and peers, and serves as key participant in team and customer meetings.
- Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
- Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.
- Assures high quality customer service to all customers.
