Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business analysis specific to Adobe technologies and a proven track record in migrating legacy systems to Adobe platforms. Experience in the financial domain and marketing technology is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders to drive standard business processes.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Platform Migration:

Lead and manage the migration of legacy platforms to Adobe solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Adobe Technologies:

Work with Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to optimize and leverage these tools for business needs.

Financial Domain Expertise:

Utilize experience in the financial domain to align Adobe platform solutions with industry-specific requirements and challenges.

Communication:

Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and facilitate project success.

Desired Skills:

Extensive experience in business analysis within the Adobe Platform ecosystem, including AEM.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and drive process improvements.

Experience with Adobe CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Background in the financial sector and familiarity with marketing technology.

Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
