- 7 or more years of experience in business analysis of processes, metrics, workflows, and operations.
- Core competencies in the creation of business cases, analyzing data, and documenting
- Identify business requirements by researching and analyzing user needs, business objectives, data analytics and working methods
- Ability to document the current processes and determine any gaps in the current system
- Ability to assess and align stakeholder requests with strategic initiatives
- Develop workflows to document business processes as related to technical solution
- Proficiency in profiling data sets or equivalent and drawing insights from data
- Determining the reporting needs and documenting them with KPIs
