Engagement Description:
- Reporting Analyst for Medicare Business Performance - Business Process Management
Top 3 required skills/experience:
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables while independently working with internal partners.
- Proven ability to understand and utilize reporting system capabilities into educating and proposing innovative analytics to divisional leadership.
- Identify, document and communicate system and process changes necessary to improve system and operational performance measures and reporting.
- Required skills/experience:
- Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience required.
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
- Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred skills/experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet application
Customer service background preferred
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
