Business Analyst - Global Data Consultants

GDC IT Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst in the Harrisburg, PA area. This is a Hybrid Position that requires you to be onsite 2 days per week. 

Position Overview 

In this role, you'll prioritize defects and enhancements, collaborate with vendors on release schedules, and update business requirements. You'll also lead Lessons Learned sessions and ensure traceability between business and system requirements.

• Assist in organizing and prioritizing outstanding defects, enhancements, and remaining work.
• Collaborate with the vendors to finalize release schedules.
• Update business requirements based on prioritized tasks.
• Lead Lessons Learned sessions to improve future processes.
• Create traceability between business requirements, system requirements, and test cases.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Minimum 1-2 years of JIRA experience.
• Proficiency with traceability matrices and defect management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CBAP certification is preferred.
