Job Description
The Business Analyst role within the Customer Success organization is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between data analysis, project management, and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Aftermarket Services leadership, this role is responsible for supporting various aspects of customer-centric initiatives, including presentation creation, business requirement documentation, CRM project collaboration, user acceptance testing, data analysis, and report generation.Minimum Qualifications:
Analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving with data sets
Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication
Effectively able to write gather, validate, and document project business requirements which accurately translate meeting customer and organizational needs
Able to work closely with project managers and stakeholders as needed
Understand how to manage project scope requirements and use case models
Create test cases for user-acceptance testing
Organize, facilitate, and perform user-acceptance testing
Logical and efficient
