As a Business Analyst, you will manage work requests, gather requirements, and support operational needs for web applications related to the client system. Acting as a liaison between the technical team and the business client, you will be integral in communicating needs, leading requirement meetings, and ensuring effective teamwork and task delegation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business clients
- Gather and document business requirements by leading requirement sessions independently
- Manage backlog items in Azure DevOps to ensure timely completion of work requests
- Track sprints, user stories, and ticket progress using Azure DevOps
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and processes
- Serve as a liaison with auditors to provide necessary documentation and support
- Maintain project documentation on SharePoint for transparency and tracking
- Provide clear, accurate reports to management on project status and resource needs
- Communicate project tasks, timelines, and changes between business and development teams
- Support training, information sessions, and effective team communication
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong communication skills for leading meetings, conducting training, and making presentations
- Experience as a liaison between development teams and project managers or business clients
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for creating user stories, managing queries, and tracking progress
- Familiarity with project lifecycle management and change management processes
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to produce clear status reports and resource demand projections for management
