As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support across both project and work request needs. As a liaison between the client and stakeholders, you will facilitate requirements gathering and strategy development for project enhancements. Additionally, you will support the client Services Business Analyst team, assisting with various requests and contributing to operational activities. In this role, you will engage in daily team meetings, provide analysis, and lead sessions with stakeholders to solidify requirements and priorities. Documentation of meeting outcomes, specifications, and user stories will be essential for project alignment. Candidates should be self-driven, adaptable, and efficient in building relationships and gaining an understanding of new assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for Client Services, facilitating communication and project support for partners.
- Participate in and contribute to ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and public engagement goals.
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for project deliverables and future enhancements.
- Lead gap fit analysis and refine requirements for in-progress initiatives, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of Functional and Technical Specifications for data reporting and warehousing projects.
- Support the development, compliance, and management of user stories within Agile development projects.
- Engage with senior management to develop strategies, roadmaps, and consensus-building efforts on project objectives.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for the Enterprise Reporting Team, ensuring a clear understanding of solution implementations.
- Identify systemic gaps and recommend continuous improvements for project modernization and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations in all project activities.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Minimum 15 years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and gap analysis.
- Experience working within an enterprise environment with multiple agencies or departments.
- Expertise in business process mapping, reengineering, and strategy alignment with IT solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, VISIO, and MS Office for project tracking and documentation.
- 7+ years in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
- 5+ years managing user stories in Agile development.
- 2+ years facilitating discussions with senior management for strategy development and decision-making.
- 2+ years supporting the development or compliance of statements of work or contracts.
- 2+ years in IT solution projects for public use.
- 1+ year on IT infrastructure projects.
