Job Summary:
As an Escheatment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of unclaimed assets. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and reconciling unclaimed property.
Key Responsibilities:
Should you accept an offer for an opportunity, with this client, we do require a background check (7 years and active cases), fingerprinting, education verification, and verification of employment history for the last 7 years. You may be required to provide documentation (copy of your diploma, W2's or Paystubs) to help us verify this information.

Job Summary:
As an Escheatment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of unclaimed assets. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and reconciling unclaimed property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and coordinate with clients and internal business areas regarding returned mail inquiries.
- Handle internal and external inquiries and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Gather and reconcile unclaimed assets as needed.
- Support various projects related to escheatment operations.
- Identify and report potential process anomalies to management.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing client needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Considerable technical skills, including data management and MS Excel proficiency.
