Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Remote

Compensation: $45-50/hr

Review regulatory compliance documentation and suggest updates as necessary. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues. Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements. Work effectively within an international environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask efficiently. Provide support to Compliance & Ethics team.

Required Skills:
- A high level of self-motivation and commitment to client service including the ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team of Compliance professionals.
- Excellent computer software skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
- Ability to explain complex requirements clearly and understandably and perform systems analysis.
- Communicative and detail oriented.
- Ability to apply the Scientific Process steps to question, research, hypothesize, test, formulate results, draw conclusions, and implement solutions, understanding of appropriate tools, technologies, and statistical/optimization models and techniques.
- Ability to determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
