Description
Leidos is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our team and work with us to contribute to the team's success in providing our customers with world class solutions and services. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members within the team and across the Division. In this role, you will assist in gathering and analyzing data, assisting in the evaluation of business processes, and documenting process updates and changes. You will be provided with an opportunity to directly contribute to the overall success of the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in data gathering and analysis
- Assist in the review and evaluation of existing process and procedures
- Assist in the analysis of data which will be used to drive the decision-making process
- Create and maintain required documentation related to process changes, business requirements, reporting, etc
- Collaborate and partner with members of the team
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a degree program in business administration (or similar) major with graduation planned in late 2024-2026
- GPA 3.0 or better
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- Effective problem-solving skills, a desire to improve existing processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work both in collaborative team environments and independently on open-ended research problems

Pay Range:
Pay Range $38,350.00 - $69,325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
