Business Analyst - Utility Supply and Construction Company

Utility Supply & Construction Co (USC) is looking to hire a full-time Business Analyst to join our growing team!

Essential Job Functions:

• Learn and understand the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) distribution ERP software
• Assist users with issues in the P21 system using an internal help desk system
• Perform P21 Inventory imports
• Support EDI processing for current and new customers
• Provide end-user training on the P21 system
• Assist in implementation, testing, and validating of data of USC systems
• Identify and escalate data issues where process improvements may be required
• Represent Utility Supply and Construction at meetings and conferences

Requirements:

• Epicor (or similar ERP system) implementation and support experience preferred, however will train the right candidate.
• Proficient with implementing Epicor (or similar ERP system) queries, data management, business process management, dashboards, and reports
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective supply chain knowledge
• Good communication skills with the ability to adapt to all styles of communication
• Passion for process improvement and ever improving teamwork
• High regard for organization with a focus on productivity and efficiency
• Able to work in a flexible agenda to anticipate and meet the needs of others
• Demonstrates a continuous passion for learning with reading, research, and networking
