Business Analyst - Mastech Digital

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. Role Description: As a Business Analyst, you must have at least 8+ years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.

Responsibilities:

- You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare is required. 

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Requirements Analysis are recommended.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements 

- Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

- Must have clarity functional knowledge and work experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
