- Role: Business Analyst with a focus on Capital Marketing/Wealth Management
- Location: Jersey City, NJ
- Duration: Full-time position
- Salary range: $130-140K, negotiable for the right candidate
- Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst or Technical Analyst
- Prior experience in financial or banking institutions, preferably in Wealth Management
- Strong knowledge of markets and trading systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for dealing with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with software or web technology teams and developing specifications for Web Service and Database layers
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices like SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
- Application development/programming experience
- Business domain knowledge of investment products and experience with analyzing and implementing digital wealth management solutions
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
