Business/Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Gpac

Position Overview: The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and a strong understanding of legal procedures, case management, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
• Manage case calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely filing of documents.
• Assist with e-discovery and document review processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
