Business Design and Requirements Analyst - The Copper River Family of Companies

About the Job
TACG is seeking an experienced Business Design and Requirements Analyst that can support the functional and technical requirements review and validation process for the Air Force Integrated Personnel and Pay System (AFIPPS) Functional Management Office (FMO) system development. This candidate should be able to develop Human Resources (HR) and Financial Management End-to-End (E2E) business and payroll processes.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop process maps documenting user roles against complete business processes to provide high-level, clear picture of the End-to-End (E2E) functions
- Update business process maps and narratives to include key controls, management assertions, data interfaces, and other key supporting documentation
- Refine clear process-based grouping/structures from the E2E processes that document the business design in easy-to-follow steps that refine legacy systems and deliver new, operational capabilities
- Trace technical requirements mapped to E2E process steps to confirm completeness of technical requirements in the context of the business function
- Support the priorities of the Functional Management Office (FMO)
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have ten (10) years experience or an advanced degree can substitute for two (2) years experience
- Experience:
- At least five (5) years experience in Military Pay, Human Resources, or similar field
- Experience with Military Pay Reporting
- Experience leveraging pay system experience to analyze business design and requirements
- Attention to Detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize duties based on shifting demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
