THIS IS NOT AN IT POSITION
The CPQ Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for deploying and supporting sales tools within Salesforce and CPQ that enable our sellers to sell more and sell faster. This role is part of a team focused on delivering new sales tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries: Answering customer questions and troubleshooting Oracle CPQ tier 2 issues
Resolving issues: Addressing customer complaints and concerns, and providing solutions
Testing: Ability to develop comprehensive use cases, test scenarios, and execute test scenarios to ensure top-tier functionality
Business Requirements Gathering: Ability to work with business partners to gather requirements for enhancements to CPQ and effectively communicate them to IT for development.
New Product Launches: Oversee CPQ business team tasks related to new product launches including reviewing product visualizations, testing CPQ configurations and working with IT on any related enhancements needed
Specific Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience in one of the following: Product Planning or Sales Operations
Knowledge of Oracle CPQ front-end user interface is required
Knowledge of Google Office Suite is required
Knowledge of Jira is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions with little guidance
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Assignment duration: 6 months
Onsite or 100% remote or temporally remote due offices being closed to COVID or Hybrid(Provide The percentage of Onsite and remote) 100% remote
Work Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday

What s your department s function within the company? We are part of the Sales Operations organization and our team specifically supports the Oracle CPQ tool from a business standpoint (We are not IT developers)
What relationship does this role have to other lines of business within the organization? We interact with sales, order management, finance, supply chain, engineering, IT
What s the structure of your current team and who will your new hire report to? The new hire will report to me (Brittany Chadwick)

What are the main responsibilities that your new hire will have?

Supporting sales and engineering teams with their questions related to quoting and ordering
Gather requirements for enhancements to the CPQ Tool from business partners
Assist in testing new enhancements to ensure smooth functionality and a positive user experience
What qualifications are must-haves for candidates? (e.g. X technical skills, experience with Y projects, Z certification or license)
Knowledge of Oracle CPQ front-end user interface is required
Knowledge of Google Office Suite is required
What would be some nice-to-have skills for candidates and why? (e.g. experience in retail, familiarity with X programming language)
Knowledge of Jira is preferred but not required
