About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through various face-to-face interactions, and direct outreach to potential clients.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and support lead generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and report on progress toward business development goals.
- Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and proposals.
- Participate in negotiations and assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
