TheBusinessDevelopmentCoordinatoris the key partner for a specific seller in BergdorfGoodmanensuringthe seller exceeds defined performance targets while delivering the BG brandclientexperience. The BDSalsoplaysakeyrole in building and developing an exceptional team that consistently provides superior client service.
Responsibilities:
Manages assistant team; provides coaching,trainingand developmentin all aspects of their roles includingcustomer service, selling ceremony,monthly scheduling, clinic/meeting attendance, and follow up on daily task completion.
Executes Client Strategies foremerging VIC + status clientsas well as a strategy for Development and Retention of current VIC client relationships.
Communicates withmerchants andsales leadersto provide information on new receiptswith the attention to the needs of the client.
Ensures management of holds, preorders, memos and will callthroughBG guidelines
Develop one-on-one relationships with key internal and external partners
Utilize technology to drive sales and new client acquisition through social media and internal clientele program
Championsall company/store initiatives.
Additionalduties as assigned.
