Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Demonstrate product functions to customers based on their requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
- Keep customers informed about new products, services, and enhancements.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and provide sales forecasts.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
