We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Director to join our client's team in Morristown, NJ
This hybrid role requires you to be within a commutable distance to the office, blending remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.Our client is a global engagement agency that uses the principles of behavioral economics to produce measurable results for its clients by driving and sustaining engagement with their employees, channel partners and customers.Supporting 160 countries through seven global headquarters and operating in 22 languages, they continue to bring best in class solutions to its global, regional and local customers

You will develop strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of clients' pivotal business strategies within assigned accounts
Collaborating with a team of subject matter experts, you will design and implement solutions that drive clients' business objectives forward.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their critical business needs and objectives.Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.Focus on enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives.Qualifications:Currently reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements.At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years.Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services.Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).Compensation is commission-driven with significant earning potential.A four-year college degree is preferred.Compensation:We offer a base salary of $135K (non-negotiable) with the potential to earn between $175k - $200k in the first year through commissions.Additional Benefits:Eligibility for comprehensive performance reward programs, including an annual President's Club travel award.Car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a full expense account for client entertainment.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting client relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Type: direct hire
