Your role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define target market value propositions and support business and product launch plans with impactful messaging. You'll enhance our approach to both current and new customer segments, track progress, and recommend adjustments to our go-to-market strategies based on performance metrics. What You Will Do

Market Research & Value Understanding
- Utilize voice of customer techniques to gather insights on trends.
- Document and share insights with teams.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Collect data to support segmentation strategy.
- Enhance value proposition success through effective messaging and content for sales and customers.
- Develop execution plans to position offerings based on target markets.
- Implement go-to-market plans and propose solutions based on feedback.
- Identify opportunities to enhance offerings through unique service combinations.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotions that boost revenue through channel partners.
- Communicate and align strategy across the organization.
- Work with marketing on objectives and performance metrics.
- Measure the effectiveness of strategy, value propositions, and messaging.
- Address channel and partner needs with targeted collateral and support.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 2-4 years of experience
- Ability to travel globally 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
