Summary:
Founded in 2018, Vitae Health Systems is one of the country’s largest and fastest growing providers of clinical services to residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, Vitae currently operates in 13 states and is rapidly expanding throughout the USA.
The Business Development Manager is the primary point of contact for our skilled nursing facility clients. This critical role will perform all responsibilities of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with various skilled nursing facilities with the goal of bringing value to providers, developing new business, and increasing sales in assigned territories.
Responsibilities And Duties:
· Expand regional sales territory through new business development
· Develop and maintain solid customer relationships with key executives and decision makers at all levels within an organization
· Presenting to various audience levels within an organization
· Provide exemplary service, product knowledge, industry knowledge, integrity and trust within accounts
· Maintain effective communication and relationships with key customers
· Maximize time for call planning, client appointments, cold-calling , customer follow-up and data mining/ research to establish target companies
· Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals, independently, and depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
· Travels efficiently and with purpose through sales territory to establish and cultivate customer base while maintaining home office
Compensation And Benefits:
· Salary plus commission

Qualification Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years experience selling clinical services to SNFs
· Healthcare industry experience is preferred
· Ability to cold-call and cultivate new business
· Highly self-motivated, disciplined exhibiting the strong ability to set their own work plan
· Ability to work independently and productively from a remote work base and while traveling
· Excellent communicator
