About Codemax Medical Billing:
Codemax Medical Billing is a specialized billing and collections company focused on substance abuse, behavioral health, and mental health treatment centers. We are seeking experienced outreach and sales representatives with a background in either treatment center operations or medical billing services, particularly within the Florida market.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing Business Development Representative at Codemax Medical Billing, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach within both the medical billing sector and the substance abuse and behavioral health treatment industry. Whether your background is in medical billing or treatment center marketing, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, treatment centers, and other referral partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to bringing new business to Codemax and enhancing our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, treatment centers, and other referral partners to increase awareness of Codemax’s comprehensive billing services and treatment programs.
2. Networking: Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities to represent Codemax and identify potential partnerships within both the medical billing and treatment center communities.
3. Presentations and Meetings: Conduct regular meetings and presentations with referral partners, providing detailed information about our services and the benefits of collaboration, whether from a medical billing or treatment services perspective.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient patient referral process and billing service integration, maintaining a client-centric approach throughout.
5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within both the medical billing sector and the treatment center industry, including expanding relationships with local businesses and community organizations in Florida.
6. Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to strategize and implement marketing campaigns targeted at expanding our presence in new territories, focusing on both billing services and treatment center outreach.
7. Data Tracking: Track and analyze data related to business development efforts across both industries, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
8. Client Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls, arrange potential client contacts, and cultivate relationships, ensuring follow-through on all service needs.
Qualifications:
1. Industry Experience:
a. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or behavioral health industry, with a focus on either medical billing or treatment centers.
b. Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment, mental health services, or medical billing and collections processes is highly valued.
2. Specific Experience:
a. Previous experience working as a Business Development Manager, Salesperson, Treatment Center Liaison, Outreach Specialist, or Marketing Representative within the medical billing or treatment center fields.
3. Skills:
a. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value and mission of Codemax across diverse audiences.
b. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a passion for connecting with individuals from both the medical billing and treatment center sectors.
