The Business Development Manager will be charged with developing new clients for our nin Staffing branch and maintaining key metric benchmarks set up by the sales team leaders. This role is for sales professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and motivated to drive growth through innovation.
Compensation: $50K with up to $50K in commission!

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Development or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience of account management and/or sales initiatives preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of the staffing industry's regulations and best practices a plus.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person, and job boards.
- Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the customer database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
- Build rapport with hiring managers within existing accounts to increase partnership opportunities.
- Prepare and present presentations about Midway Staffing's solutions to potential clients, trade shows or other large events to potential customers.
- Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding about light industrial staffing to answer specific customer questions.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
