Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients, negotiating terms as needed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
