Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing SaaS company trusted by over 13,000 massage therapists in the United States and Canada. Our platform provides vertical-specific solutions for massage and bodyworkers, including digital SOAP notes, online booking, payments, reputation management and marketing tools. We enables small businesses to grow and thrive by making them more efficient, effective, and profitable.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager who is skilled in managing a B2B team and who will be laser focused on continuing our double-digit growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales processes (using Salesforce) and a prospect journey that provides a great experience, fosters rapport, guides decision-making, and increases new business.
- Support the sales team in scheduling and conducting online product demonstrations, enabling a deeper understanding of the customers' needs and assessing if we are the best solution for their business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent us at industry tradeshows across the US (3-4 times per year).
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales management experience, maintaining and growing a sales team.
- Leverages KPIs, coaching and a collaborative environment to nurture and develop their team.
- A player/coach who can manage their own prospect funnel while supporting and guiding team members.
- Strong ability to learn new software solutions.
- Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems).
- Knowledge and passion for helping small business owners solve problems and grow their businesses.
- Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Proven history of surpassing performance targets and achieving outstanding results.
- Success-driven and easily adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- B2B SaaS is highly preferred.

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
Salary Range
US Remote: $55,000- $65,000 USD per year plus variable commission
