The right person will have a background in sales for software and related IT services. Required Skills:
- Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain relationships at all customer organization levels.
- Possess a good understanding of IT products and trends.
- Must understand how to work the account and grow the account for new business development within the account and in turn, generating revenue.
- Must have experience selling offshore solutions and a good understanding of how to consult with customers to understand how to match our services to our customers.
- Must understand the SLA and customer processes, and work with the delivery and/or recruiting team to make sure customer needs are met.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in collaboration with the internal Solutions team.
- Excellent follow-up skills are essential for success in this position.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- A good understanding of recruiting and sales processes and demonstrated ability to grow future business is essential.
- This role requires some traveling as needed to further develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
