Position Overview: ASC Global is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business
Development Manager to drive growth in the electronic components sector. In this role,
you will identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships
with key decision-makers, and leverage your industry network to generate leads and
drive sales. Your efforts will be crucial in communicating our value propositions,
developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Work Schedule: On-Site
Expected Hours of Work: Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Variable Compensation: Uncapped, with competitive commission ranges.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electronic components
market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in the
industry. - Utilize your network of industry professionals to generate leads and drive sales.
- Clearly articulate the value propositions of ASC Global’s electronic components and
solutions. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and
solutions to clients. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and market
dynamics. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Strong relationships with buyers and a well-established network of industry
professionals. - Deep understanding of electronic components and technology markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience selling electronic components or related services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Clear verbal communication to effectively express ideas.
- Ability to hear and understand speech in person, over the phone, and via electronic
devices. - Dexterity to enter data into a computer using a keyboard and/or mouse.
- Visual acuity to assess data and information.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
