This Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing customer relationships
The role is ideal for a self-starting individual with a collaborative mindset, strong customer service orientation and track record of success in sales
Responsibilities include:
Making outbound outreach and marketing research calls to develop new business opportunities
Collaborating with marketing & sales teams to ensure effective lead management & tracking through Salesforce and HubSpot
Developing new prospecting strategies & marketing campaigns to further business initiatives in targeted markets and program areas
Preparing reports on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and lead performance
Nurturing relationships with potential customers and maintaining knowledge of their needs
Engaging in consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education or similar field
Prior experience as an educator and/or one year of sales experience
Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building
Goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Highly organized with a strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM (or willingness & ability to learn)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and Google Suite
This Business Development Representative role is temp to hire located on-site in the greater Greenfield area, with a pay rate of $24.00-$25.00 per hour
