We are a sales and customer acquisition firm that specializes in working with clients in the residential telecommunications industries. Individuals with minimum experience typically can transition well into our Business Development Representative roles with their prior experience and skill set. Our clients are asking us to bring them more customers therefore, our goal is to find someone to help us run our locations and assist in our expansion efforts.
Business Development Representative Summary:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer-centric environment to develop and grow our business beyond just Dallas. The Business Development Representative will also be required to process sales orders, work and engage with customers directly daily, and find new potential customer acquisition opportunities.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Delivers exceptional customer service through in person meetings directly to the customer to cultivate a positive and personalized experience
- Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns enhancing the customer experience and completing a full sales cycle
- Processes accurate and efficient sale orders
- Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
- Build relations to increase customer referrals and/or prospect new customers increasing our clients awareness
- Adheres to all company policies procedures & standards
Business Development Representative Qualifications:
- Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times
- Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and present solutions
- Comfortable working within a sales environment and curiosity to expand our clients services
- Able to engage and speak to customers
- Work a flexible schedule
- Customer service, sales, or business development experience prior
