Business Development Representative (Industrial Industry) - Ultimate Staffing Services

About the Job
We an Industrial Equipment Supplier and are looking for a sales professional that is excited to jump into a business development heavy position that offers HIGH earning potential!
Duties:
- Act as the first touchpoint on a potential client relationship
- Shows demonstrated ability to develop selling partners through building partnerships and business relationships
- Curate, oversee, and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Conduct web demos, prospecting/introductions, appointment setting and proposal presentations to high level stakeholders
- Responsible for outbound sales efforts through multiple channels - phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Willingness to travel when needed (ex. trade shows)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HubSpot is a plus!
- Must have a HUNTER mentality - willing to cold call and gain new business
Additional Info:
- Pay: $65,000 to $70,000 annually + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE = $135K+)
- Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Location: 100% onsite
