The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth payment operations and handling critical payment incidents. This individual will possess a strong background in Payment Incident Management and Incident Management , with an ability to provide swift, efficient, and structured resolution to complex payment-related issues.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of remote work and on-site presence in our Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of payment operations.
- Manage and resolve payment incidents in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing impact to business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop incident management strategies and best practices for payment systems.
- Provide detailed reporting and root cause analysis of payment incidents.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent future incidents and improve payment system performance.
- Lead initiatives focused on enhancing payment workflows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and incident resolutions.
- Strong expertise in Payment Systems and hands-on experience with Payment Incident Management is required .
- Proven experience in managing and resolving payment incidents within tight timelines.
- Excellent understanding of payment processes and workflows in large-scale environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Location : Hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC (must be available for on-site work as needed).
- Visa : Only open to USC, GC, and H4 EAD candidates.
