About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Business Insurance Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position is primarily focused on reaching out to potential businesses to offer our comprehensive business insurance solutions. The successful candidate will schedule appointments with our licensed agents and provide essential support in office duties and basic customer service tasks.
Salary Range: $37500.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to market business insurance products.
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents to meet with interested clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, maintaining client records, and preparing documents.
- Provide basic customer service support, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and clients as necessary to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance products is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
