TITLE:
Business Intelligence Developer II
DUTIES:
Collaborate with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use, data analysis and validation, and provides support around the data and how it is integrated. Function as business partner with service lines, departments, individuals, and coworkers. Participate actively in routine meetings with department heads and/or super users to identify, document, and prioritize their needs. Serve as an educator and expert for system users by developing knowledge of system capabilities, applications, and processes. Understand the business objective, collect business requirements and translate them into data requirements, design and develop reports or dashboards, schedule and deploy business intelligence components in accordance with best practices, and complete accurate and timely documentation. Follow EHC IS project management protocol. Perform rounds with departments to maintain casual interface with individuals and focus on relationship-building. Review peer reports for validity. Provide project management services and support with senior staff oversight. Create reports to display Clarity and Caboodle data. Write SQL and configure Radar settings for custom SQL metrics. Remote work is acceptable.
SALARY:
$90,688.00 / per year

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management or a closely related data management field and three (3) years of experience as Data Analyst or related role where required experience gained. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Management or a closely related data management field and one (1) year of stated experience or five (5) years of stated experience in lieu of a degree.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Also requires experience in the following: • Epic Certifications: Clarity Data Model, Clinical Data Model, Cogito, Caboodle; • SQL Coding; • SQL based Reporting and Visualization; • Dashboard/ Scorecard Building; • Custom code for data extraction and build; • Requirement gathering and custom build; • Working experience with Database (similar to Clarity/Caboodle) for extraction; • Custom build on Database; and • Experience working on Customer facing application and Oncall support.
