Business Law Transactional Attorney - Adams & Martin Group

Adams & Martin Group is skilled and motivated General Business Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. This position involves providing legal guidance to clients, negotiating and drafting agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Areas we specialize in are Business Law, Litigation, Tax, Family Law, Estate, Trust and Probate, Real Estate.
