+ 80 hours per two weeks
+ Day shift

This position is responsible for all activities related to Office Management including but not limited to: accounts receivable process for rents and other revenues, accounts payable, and clerical, front desk and marketing support as requested. The position also serves as the supervisor for the Receptionist and Front Desk Attendants. This is a fulltime position, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Benefit Eligible!
Responsible for the Accounts Receivables process
Assists with the Accounts Payable Process
Provides Leadership and General Supervision of the Receptionist and Front Dest Attendant Staff
Provides clerical, front desk and marketing support as requested
High School Dipoloma/GED; Required
Vocational/Technical Training or Associates Degree; Preferred
1 year of experience; Required, 1-3 Years, Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; Required
Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of geriatric population; Required
